Why RecWired members work with Wiggli
In April 2017, we started building Wiggli inside our own recruitment group. Not as a product. As survival. Perm desks, contract books, executive search mandates, IT and Engineering services across four continents, and a stack that fought us daily: a CRM that never spoke to the ATS, enrichment credits burning in a third tab, consultants matching candidates by keyword and formatting CVs at 11pm. And no way of knowing which companies were actually ready to buy.
So we built what we couldn’t buy. Nine years later, having scaled the group to €60M, we exited in 2026 and opened Wiggli to the market.
